Refunds may be considered only after three revision rounds have been completed and the customer remains unsatisfied with the results. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days of receiving the final draft.

The amount credited to your account through the Referral Discount offer is non-refundable and non-cashable. For programs and offers where additional amount is credited to the user account, e.g. Affiliate Program, the extra amount credited is non-refundable and non-cashable.
If you request a refund before we start working on your project, 100% of your payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted). If you are not 100% satisfied after delivery, you are eligible for a money-back refund within 30 days, provided that you first allowed us to complete 3 rounds of free revisions to resolve any issues. If we are still unable to meet your expectations after these revisions, a full refund of the balance amount will be processed. Any amount for work already completed will not be refunded.
